All bids will be opened at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on February 23, 2026 to determine the winning bid. The successful bidder will be notified directly.
Payment Requirement:
The winning bidder must remit full payment within three (3) calendar days of notification. The vehicle is sold “as-is, where-is,” with no warranties expressed or implied.
Right to Cancel:
Huron Community Bank reserves the right to reject any bid or to cancel the sale at any time prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) on February 23, 2026, at its sole discretion.
